Returns & Refunds

If something’s not right, we’ll sort it.

Coffee & consumables

Due to the nature of coffee and consumable products, we can’t accept returns on opened items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Merchandise

Unworn and unused merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
